Perseus Coaching: Nearly 46 Percent of Corporate U.S. Workers Prefer Time In Office

Executive coaching firm Perseus Coaching unveiled a new study in which it noted that about half of all corporate workers prefer spending at least some time operating out of a traditional, physical office.

This study – which polled 334 corporate U.S. employees across social media platforms such as Blind, Fishbowl and Reddit – allowed those surveyed to choose their preference between fully remote, hybrid and in-office arrangements.

Of note, hybrid and in-office selections placed second (45.51 percent), compared to fully remote (54.49 percent).

The findings, Perseus noted, highlight a shifting dynamic in the corporate world, and indicate that organizations should consider rethinking a more nuanced plan to meets employee needs.
