NHC issued an update for its customers experiencing difficulties with incoming or outgoing calls.
The company noted that the issue stems from upstream carrier Bandwidth.com, which “continues to experience service issues as a result of a targeted Denial of Service attack.” NHC – which utilizes multiple upstream providers – noted that the issue is affecting voice customers nationwide.
Customers experiencing service issues are recommended to contact NHC’s Network Operations Center by calling (855) 600-4642 or emailing email@example.com. NHC will also post regular updates to its NHC Status Page. Additional information is available via NHC’s web site.
