Nextiva Rolls Out CCaaS Offering

Cloud communications company Nextiva rolled out the Nextiva Contact Center. This CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) product integrates with the Nextiva Phone System to support cross-channel customer engagement and provide access to “nimble” collaboration tools for first call resolution and improved customer experience.

The Nextiva Contact Center is available to current customers via direct and channel partner outlets.
