Cyber Acoustics, a computer peripherals manufacturer, announced its new AC-304 USB headset with AI noise reduction.
Touted as the “world’s best call center headset” for environmental noise cancelation (ENC), Cyber Acoustics noted that this headset allows customers to hear only in-headset interactions, regardless of what is going on around them. This feature, in particular, makes the AC-304 particularly useful for remote and hybrid workers who may face distractions.
Deployed by business process outsourcing (BPO) companies and call centers worldwide, the AC-304 features AI-based noise reduction in a lightweight form-factor. It is also designed to be comfortably worn for long periods of time. that agents can comfortably wear for long periods of time.
Cyber Acoustics’ AC-304 also offers features for lowering average handle time (AHT) in contact centers.
