ZeeVee Introduces Onsite, Remote Installation Services

ZeeVee Inc. unveiled a family of onsite and remote installation services to provide enhanced support to integrators and end-users deploying its AVoIP and RF signal distribution products.

The four programs, Onsite Day Installation, Onsite Hourly Installation, Remote Installation and Remote Hourly Installation, are available on a global basis and are designed to provide expert assistance in system setup while reducing the need for post-installation troubleshooting.

Details on the four programs include:

  • Onsite Day Installation provides eight hours of support by a ZeeVee support engineer on one business day to assist in the configuration of a ZeeVee distribution system. The service does not include network configuration.
  • Onsite Hourly Installation is available in one-hour time blocks for services provided after 5 p.m. local time or if additional time is required after an eight-hour time block associated with Onsite Day Installation.
  • Remote Installation provides support in a four-hour time block from a dedicated ZeeVee support engineer to assist remotely with the installation and configuration of ZeeVee products and excluding network configuration support.
  • Remote Hourly Installation is available in one-hour time blocks for services provided after 5 p.m. local time or if additional time is required after a four-hour time block associated with Remote Installation.

“ZeeVee enjoys a strong reputation for high touch and customer-centric support and that is not changing,” said Joe Chordas, vice president of North American Sales & Corporate Marketing. “However, there are some particularly complex and sophisticated installations, SDVoE and others, which require a more dedicated resource.

“This new group of onsite and remote support services will provide extreme value to our integration partners and end-users that require additional engineering and configuration support to enable their projects to be finished, trouble-free and in an efficient manner,” said Chordas.
