Telesystem UC with Webex works in conjunction with the Cisco Broadworks calling platform to deliver an enhanced experience for end users by integrating its cloud voice and video calling with the chat, file sharing and conferencing capabilities of Webex by Cisco.
The application is the next chapter in Telesystem’s vision to continue delivering innovative technologies and seamless mobile work productivity to their partners and customers.

The enhanced cloud-based offering delivers an integrated mobile, office and remote work experience through a single application, with features such as direct and team chats – including the use of emojis and animated GIFs, screensharing, easy-to-join meetings, and file sharing, as well as hundreds of pre-built integrations for third-party applications. Additional benefits are realized when delivered over Telesystem’s nationwide low latency, high availability network backbone that delivers users the confidence to conduct business from any device, where and whenever they want.
