Nureva’s HDL410 Audio System Gets Microsoft Teams Certification

Nureva Inc., an innovator of advanced audio conferencing solutions, announced the HDL410, part of its pro series of audio conferencing systems, has completed the certification process for Microsoft Teams.

Meeting the high standards of one of the world’s most popular collaboration platforms, Nureva says the HDL410 is the first microphone and speaker bar solution certified for extra-large Microsoft Teams Rooms. It joins the HDL310 system, which was certified for large Teams Rooms in October, which means Nureva’s pro series of audio conferencing systems are fully certified for larger spaces.

This achievement is made possible by Nureva’s patented Microphone Mist technology, which fills a room with thousands of virtual microphones to deliver the full-room audio pickup and clarity required for an inclusive meeting experience regardless of where participants are located or facing.

As a USB device, the HDL410 system can be incorporated into the design of virtually any extra-large Teams-enabled space, including boardrooms, training spaces and higher education classrooms.

The system uses two wall-mounted microphones and speaker bars to create a unified coverage map that covers spaces up to 35 feet by 55 feet, providing customers with a cost-effective way to outfit their larger rooms.

It can be installed in under an hour and auto-calibrates the acoustic properties of the room at first start-up and thereafter.

Plug-and-play audio systems designed for small spaces are underpowered for larger spaces, while multicomponent pro AV systems can be expensive and complex to set up and manage. Nureva’s pro series audio systems address these challenges.

The HDL410 system is an ideal audio component for any extra-large Teams Room rollout that relies on rapid implementation, painless remote management and an inclusive collaboration experience.

“This Microsoft Teams certification for the HDL410 system, along with the certification received for the HDL310 system last month, reflects our ongoing commitment to working closely with Microsoft to deliver great audio performance in larger Teams Rooms,” said Nancy Knowlton, Nureva’s CEO. “The simplicity of installation, setup and device management gives IT professionals new opportunities to accelerate the cost-effective deployment within their larger Microsoft Teams spaces without compromising the collaboration experience.”

Microsoft Teams Partner Engineering and Certification Senior Director Albert Kooiman added, “The latest hybrid workforce trends are driving significant growth in demand for large and extra-large Microsoft Teams Rooms that support active, uncompromised group collaboration between in-room and remote participants.

“The microphone and speaker bar form factor of Nureva’s HDL410 system delivers a unique combination of performance and simplified installation and deployment, making it easy for IT professionals to cost-effectively bring the Teams Room experience to more of their larger spaces,” Kooiman concluded.
