Comcast launched the XiOne global wireless streaming device, which will be available in the U.S. for Xfinity Flex customers and via its syndication partners. The XiOne offers a connected-streaming device for flexibly connecting video customers with entertainment.
The plug-and-play device supports Wifi 6, 4K UHD, HDR, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos; features increased processing and memory capacity and improved switching and navigation between apps. The device also includes a streamlined, smaller voice remote that is designed with streamers in mind.

XiOne leverages Comcast’s global technology platforms, hardware, voice technology and aggregated search and discovery. Comcast plans to make the device available across more channels and to its Xfinity X1 customers and syndication partners in the future.
