Charter Communications’ Spectrum Enterprise introduced Unified Communications with Webex. This “all-inclusive” collaboration software includes managed services, voice calling, advanced messaging, meeting, content management and other Webex app capabilities.
Spectrum Enterprise UC with Webex is designed to help mid-market and enterprise clients modernize their communications services and support workplace transformation initiatives. The UC solution integrates virtual workspaces and third-party applications into a consolidated cloud-based platform for supporting collaboration from virtually any device or location.
The fully managed, highly intuitive end-to-end solution streamlines management of communications infrastructure, across the enterprise, by offering design, installation, training and support services, including network equipment and connectivity, over its secure, private fiber network.
UC with Webex is supported by a service level agreement (SLA) that guarantees service from the network to the end user’s IP phone, and offers options for Hosted Call Center, Omnichannel and customer relationship management (CRM) integration.
