Adobe issued a refresh for the Adobe Experience Cloud for Healthcare product. This remote software adds digital transformation capabilities to enhance patient experiences.
The offering includes cloud-based applications for specifically complying with HIPAA regulations, including the Adobe Experience Platform, Real-time Customer Data Platform and, rolling out in “early 2022,” Journey Optimizer. Other HIPAA-ready apps include Marketo Engage, Experience Manager as a Managed Service, Connect as a Managed Service, Sign and Workfront.
The update is designed to enhance capabilities for healthcare providers, life sciences and pharmacy companies to create and deliver personalized digital experiences that safely use personal data to inform real-time, omnichannel experiences.
