ControlUp Updates Edge DX Solution for Digital Employee Experiences

ControlUp, which offers technology for digital employee experience (DEX) management, updated its Edge DX solution. This release specifically reduces IT support cost for physical desktops by identifying, resolving and preventing problems that device management software cannot.

The refresh now features advanced employee dashboards and scoring, employee sentiment enhancements and a GenAI-powered chatbot to democratize remediation processes for intuitive issue resolution by IT staff at any level.
