Panasonic’s Technics brand introduced two new models of “true” wireless headphones: the EAH-AZ60 and EAH-AZ40. The wireless devices are each equipped with premium audio functionality and advanced technology, and are designed to provide a “superior” listening experience.
Of note, the headsets feature JustMyVoice voice-detection technology, which uses custom microphones and software to detect voices when speaking, as well as two MEMs mics to actively capture sound and reduce surrounding noise with beamforming technology for a clear call, even in noisy environments.
Other elements include noise cancellation; high-resolution audio quality with Bluetooth and LDAC technology; immersive sound with “Natural” (all surrounding noise) and “Attention” (only sound in human voice frequency range) ambient sound modes; wind noise reduction and IPX4 water resistance finish.
“Our team of engineers has brought more than 55 years of sound engineering expertise to these new headphones. We are excited to add the EAH-AZ60 and EAH-AZ40 true wireless headphones to our suite of premium audio products,” said Ellison Ferdinand, Technics United States Product Manager. “As we’ve all adapted to new work and life routines, we hope that these headphones will help us focus on what matters most.”
Both models will be available on Amazon in October 2021, with plans for an EAH-A800 overhead wireless headphones variant set for “early 2022.” Additional information is available via the Panasonic website.
