Flexential, a company known for its data center colocation, cloud and connectivity services, selected Garth Williams as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Williams, who is out of New York, is regarded as a tenured CFO in the technology infrastructure industry with extensive experience in capital markets. With this role, he will focus on driving growth for Flexential as it continues to invest in its platform.
Williams joins the company with 30 years of experience as an executive with ExteNet Systems, Kroll and American Tower Corporation. He is also a former investment banker with Morgan Stanley.
