Royz pointed out, however, that it is not normal to be reduced to tears by a task that you previously found routine. “This feeling of being overwhelmed by even the little things, is potentially a sign that you have reached your limit,” Royz explained. “It becomes clearer when this sense of fatigue is paired with a lack of inspiration in your work or overwhelming negativity about your career or your professional future.
