In today’s workforce, the software as a service (SaaS) tools an organization uses could make or break employee engagement – and ultimately retention. The technology organizations provide plays a crucial role in the day-to-day employee experience. With the right equipment, the quality of experience could skyrocket. In fact, according to a recent workplace survey by contextual mobility management solutions provider Truce Software, 20.8 percent of employees say they will stick with or join an employer that provides them with the best tools for the job.
