Alludo, a global technology company behind Parallels, Corel, MindManager, and WinZip, announced the general availability of its end-user computing solution, Parallels RAS (Remote Application Server) Version 19.3.
The latest enhancements deliver key provisioning, automation and security features designed to deliver superior remote work experiences for end users and IT administrators across enterprises. Simultaneously, the features save time and promote cost efficiency throughout the enterprise.
Parallels RAS 19.3 offers a significant enhancement in image management ability for IT administrators to create multiple versions of RAS templates, facilitating seamless deployment and updates with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop and other providers, including on-premises scenarios such as when using VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
It also extends FSLogix management capabilities with configurations and introduces office container integration — therefore improving application/image lifecycle management and workspace productivity, while lowering operational costs for IT.
The enhancements also bring forth notable improvements to the security and compliance standards, including advanced TLS support and alignment with the Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) for enhanced compliance. Parallels RAS 19.3 now is verified by Veracode, for its security measures integrated directly into the code.
